Why do most professionals
only say to lose 2-3 pounds a week at most?
Your aim is to lose fat.
When you lose more then 3 pounds a week you may be starting
to lose muscle. You want to keep your body burning fat 24 hours
a day. Once you start losing muscle your body needs less calories
and there fore you will start to gain weight more quickly. Also
remember that your heart is a muscle--and if you diet too strictly
you will lose heart muscle!
How long will it take for me to receive my
product?
Each company is different. Most will mail out your product within
3 days, but there are a few who may take a bit longer. If you feel
as though you should have received your product but have not, contact
the company that you ordered from.
What if I don't like my product?
Contact the company that you purchased from. They will be able to
help you find a replacement or refund your money (or credit your
account if you charged your order).
What is the best diet?
There is no one specific diet that is best for all. Find one that
fits into your lifestyle and sounds healthy. Do not go on a diet
if it means that you eat the same foods 3 times a day, 7 days a
week, or makes you drastically cut your calorie intake.
A diet should be healthy and also easy to live with. Don't choose
a low carb diet if you can't live without carbs.
For me personally, I eat what I like, only less of it. I
try to stick to mainly lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables but
if I have a yearning for a piece of chocolate cake...I have it...only,
I have a very small piece. If after having the small piece I
want more, I wait 10 minutes..then if I still really want it, again
I'll have a small slice. Since I have started taking Hoodia I
eat much less and very rarely have any cravings.
What exercises are best?
This is question that you should ask your doctor. Your doctor knows
what type of health you are in and what types of exercise is best
for you.
Normally your doctor will start you off with adding walking to
your daily routine. If he/she feels that walking does not suit your
current health status then they will often give you exercises that
can be done while sitting down.
Most doctors offices will have booklets on exercise and will often
give them to you without having to pay for a doctors visit. Just
give them a call.
