Marie Osmond Lost 31 Pounds Dancing
If you have been keeping up with Dancing With the Stars, you have probably noticed that several of the stars have been slimming down over the last few weeks.
Marie Osmond has lost a total of an amazing 31 pounds. She looks wonderful (to be honest I’m not sure where she was hiding all the extra weight as she always looks good) better yet, she states that she feels younger and has less body aches than she had before.
Dancing has always been excellent exercise and even though you may not practice your dancing 5 or 6 hours a day like the stars on Dancing With The Stars do, even dancing for 30 minutes a day will give you great benefits. Dance to music around your house or take up a dancing class. The main goal is to make your body move. It’s not the over eating that gets us gaining weight as much as the lack of exercise. So Dance!
