Green tea contains many healing properties. The newest one being studied is weight loss. Studies have shown that antioxidants that are found in green tea have properties that may assist in weight loss.
Green tea has become the most popular weight loss supplement that is on the market today. Nutritional experts believe that green tea antioxidants have a lot to do with the overall benefits.
