Effective Fat Burning Workouts

This post is going to be directed more towards women even but men you can listen in if you like.
As women we are usually taught that in order to burn away fat we have to spend 1 hour a day doing boring cardio (think walking) and use all different types of fat burning pills or patches to melt the fat away.

Not only is this information not true but you’ll waste time and money and may even harm yourself.

Like men, women need to strenghten and build lean muscle in order to help burn fat and to shrink down a few sizes. Lean muscle burns more calories per day than fat does (even while sleeping) and lean muscle also take up less room than fat does giving you a slimmer body.

You don’t have to worry about getting huge muscles and losing your feminine shape but you will have to worry about purchasing smaller size clothes and attracting attention with a hot bod.
