Don’t Stress If You Break Your Diet
I see so many people get overly stressed out if they break their diet due to either giving in to a craving indulging at a special occasion. They often get so stressed, that they give up and just blow their diet completely.
Were all human and there will be slip ups along the way - just accept that fact, then move on and get back on track.
This weekend, I’m having a friend from Hawaii fly in for a few days and I can either stay with my diet and not truly enjoy our time together while we dine out or I can just say the heck with it and splurge for a few days, then once they leave get back to where I should be.
So it sets me back a few days - who cares. I’m planning on enjoying myself and the time we have together and not worry where we have to eat.
I’ve learned that friends are more important than worrying about gaining a pound or two.
